About his art: Being a rolling stone is a very precious trait for a photographer. Thanks to this trait, new images appear in the viewfinder. One picture succeeds another as if they are seen through a kaleidoscope. These are visualisations which are spun and pushed forth by sudden ideas born in the contiguity of the unknown. Constant searching, the itch of creativity, undecided life and tramping souls brought us to one of the hottest and the most enigmatic, at the same time, places on Earth - to Jerusalem. Having been raised in a different political atmosphere, in hardly imaginable economic conditions, having been brought up in the European cultural tradition, we perceive many things here as a mysterious fata morgana. This is why photographer's hand spontaneously reaches for the shutter release button every time she or he meets an interesting new image. The camera records the great variety of genres and moments of our seeing, however all these visualisations have one thing in common: the desire to get away from cliché and banality, the quest for exposure of our own perception of not usual reality where we have found ourselves. An attempt to look at seemingly everyday objects, at passers-by, at oneself through the eyes of a person carrying the luggage of a previous life and previous cultural values, who happened to be in very different (both essentially and visually) circumstances brings us to our photography.
